You have a point, but when you have companies competing aggressively for these smaller companies and you get to the point of gazumping, prices go up!!!!! Sellers have choice. Now the q is whether this is a one off situation or whether the larger companies will just throw money at these smaller companies just to beat each other. This is a sign that things are hotting up!
Wonder whether MLX will invoke contractual conditions, whatever they may be or simply put in a revised offer!!!!
