re: Ann: Northern Star to Become the 2nd Larg... Yikes Chuk! They said in the quarterly the last acquisition was settled on March 1st. Now your saying they weren't paid for! That's pretty misleading. So cash burn in Q1 was worst that anyone would have calculated without knowing that.
Next time your talking to them, ask them if they will start providing quarterly cash flow numbers now they are the second biggest miner.
Not sure I trust what's said here but you seem to be implying that they said that before dividends and acquisition costs they are about cash flow neutral. That's about what I think and doesn't justify current high capitalisation. That's why they don't talk about cash flow a lot. Apart from meaningless statement that its strong. At the operating level it may be what some would consider strong but that doesn't help much with a lot of continuing outgoings reported below that level.
