I expect the company to be very bullish about everything at this stage. That's because it seems to me a capital raising is highly likely. Even if you think they generate ongoing cash flow, they have a number of one off costs coming up and and they can't control the gold price. They are betting on POG rising but even they must accept that it could go anywhere in the short term. In those circumstances, $60m cash in the bank and a little debt to draw is not a lot for such a large operation. It would seem very prudent to me to issue. Unless they really do generate $50m a quarter so they should be fine. It will probably not do much damage as likely via an institutional placement but you may like to ask at the point why they need to issue with $200m cash flow pending.
