Very good announcement, it's pretty obvious NST will be in a position to make a majority takeover I believe sometime later this year. As mentioned they will now own up to 28.5% of the company depending on take up by retail holder s (which was pretty dismal last time). Like me, most retail holders should now be averaging in the green, especially after the recent gifting of shares below 1c. I'll increase that by topping up again this time.
Well done to management for getting to this point without blowing funds or getting into debt!
