In Ann 29/8/2017 it says: “Yahua has agreed to a standstill period in which it will not...acquire additional Core securities for a period of 12 months from the last date that the placement shares are issued...”

So Yahua should be able to buy more shares 27th November 2018.
Note: this placement was at a price of 6c a share.
During the year we did another raising with them at 5.3c a share.
So come 27 November this year, if the SP is under 5.3c this year.......
