and if I'm not wrong that article in The Australian a couple of weeks back is saying they don't have to show that catheter ablations work that's already approved. The Flutter trials will show that their MRI guided system is the most accurate in finding targets and hence follow up ablations on patients may not be required. The current system shows that many patients have 2,3,4 or more ablations as areas are missed. With an aging population and AF and Flutter VT becoming more common this could end up being the number one method of treating all 3. I can see someone of the size of J&J buying us out from their petty cash tin!
