    Phoenix 10% approx. AUD$3M cash offmarket for PXG Total 3.8M resource ounces - that's about $8/resource oz.
    KMC 100% takeover approx. AUD $15M scrip for 400koz resource - that's about $35/oz.
    Phoenix should be worth a much higher price! What a bargain for NGF!
    What a shame NGF are so illiquid with Zijin majority, otherwise their P/E is a screaming buy.
