It's very easy to put the blame squarely on Ians shoulders as he is the face of mantle.
Don't forget there's two others on the board and another staff member who should/ are responsible for financing and general board decisions such as performance rights taken by mantle.
I believe Ian would be doing his level best to get the Norton into production and if another million is what it takes I am prepared to bend over and take it, certainly doesn't mean I am happy about it far from it.
As many know here, I believe we need changes to the board, but they need to be well considered ones.
Maybe Ian needs better support behind him rather than people who just what a golden hand shake before they move on.
I would rather a hands on MD than someone who has no mining experience.
