Josimar I did ask and he said he only learned about it yesterday,I believe him and dont think his body language conveyed anything other than he was telling the truth.He was at great pains to stress that there are certain things he can and cant say with regards to costs etc as NG has no Jorc so I have absolutely no reason to belive that he would start bending the rules when asked a direct question
