I have been an NWE shareholder for far too long probably, decades. Paid far too much for my early purchases but have managed to average down over the years. I, too, have to admit to being surprised, mystified and disappointed by the Directors acceptance announcement given the future this company has. I still am not a huge shareholder but it is over the 4m mark. FWIW I am happy to stand firm with Alex and everyone and not accept what appears, on the face of it, to be a paltry take-over offer. I will also write to the company and inform them of my feelings. Perhaps they may be able to tell me what they see in the offer that I am missing.
