    I am looking for WHY the change of recommendation.
    Looking for an answer.
    WHAT IF??? there was an indication to BOD that MIN were going to split ERL out of MIN ..even a possibility
    ..not sure such communication would be legal,,,and this would probably be advantageous to MIN shareholders.
    It would assist in not upsetting anti fossil MIN holders by being in gas and oil and those that are OK with it hold the ERL shares...
    the others sell their ERL allocation.
    Just dreaming and searching.
    I intend to hold till clearer view.
