How about we all exit out of NWE for better or worse, hopefully for a profit and then collectively bombard the ABC etc about the evils of gas production and the multi-billionaires sacrificing the environment etc etc etc to line their pockets etc etc. Does anyone remember the migrating whales ..... ?
All I can say is that for a board to emphatically call this offer as a bad one for all holders and then in a fortnight accept a 5% 'increase' is woeful and in no way reflects the best interests of NWE shareholders. If it does then maybe the future wasn't as bright as the BOD kept on dribbling about.
After ~ 11-12 years of holding and adding NWE all I can say is that the entire board can go to hell and take all the sycophants with them.
