    My money is on another party coming out with a superior offer for NWE.

    By the NWE directors recommending the latest revised MIN offer, it is a signal to other suitors that any offer over this will be recommended by the NWE directors.

    I am not a NWE holder but I am impressed with the resolve of the HC NWE holders.
