Ann: Norwest Directors Unanimously Recommend MinRes' Revised Offe, page-292

In my opinion a big batch of shares got transferred from one entity to another. I believe hardly 10% would have been traded by retail. The other 90% that an entity bought could be for:
1. Selling later to MIN at a premium for profits
2. Selling to a new bidder who’s bid could be around 9 cents
3. A big whale taking a position directly.

i’m a 100% certain that our time is up I just want a decent price for our holdings. I also believe CE will sell MIN’s 19% holdings in WGO to Gina who can convert them to STX and takeover STX. Why? Just so Gina stays away from NWE.
MIN might even become a substantial holder in STX themselves. Out of all these scenarios we will find out in the next couple of weeks about which one is true.
