That is not correct.

As the offer is unconditional, if you have sent the form back to accept the offer then MIN already own your shares.
I haven't looked at the forms or read any of the Offer documents so not sure if they acquire your shares at the date you send the form back or 20 Feb.
Accepting the MIIN offer is the form for the acquisition of the NWe shares.

Basically, it is an off market transfer.
