I'm not going to bag our admin. They have done well, but are now completely out of their depth, and probably exhausted. Not their fault, they are who they are.
That's not to say that they are right, because I firmly believe that NWE is far more valuable than the offer they have accepted as "fair".
NWE shareholders will have to take up the slack, and show MIN that they want a better deal.
