If NWE was to be taken by someone other than Min you would think the board in time would be out of a job? You would have to think it would be complicated for someone else to take ownership of NWE
I suspect there has been discussion between MIN and NWE starting before the first offer was made.
Only guessing here, I am disappointed. Just like others that I have invested so much time and money in just to be stolen by a West Australian billionaire.
