Think about the incentive: There's tranches of 10 million performance Rights on offer that can become MIN Shares with deferred CGT, together with a fully franked dividend that in effect pays back tax-incentivised capital (dividend plus the imputation credit). Capital for which there was no initial outlay...... good work if you can get it
