Not sure about that Lets say MIN spin out LITHIUM USA then the shareholders of that new company [which would include MIN] would be the beneficiaries so MIN shareholders would still benefit but not to the same extent if MIN held 100% of lithium business. Does that make sense? It doesn't vanish but is reduced AIMHO
