Ive done back of envelope DCFs and come up with similar "order of magnitude" numbers.

As for "blue sky" - don't underestimate the prospectivity of the Kingia in this neck of the woods. In this "eastern" part of the Dandaragan trough, we have WE, 4 wells; SE 1 well; Lockyer 1 well - all hit pay dirt (6 from 6). Soon we will have another 4 into Lockyer - And Im pretty sure all of them will come up trumps. STX have done some preliminary mapping a bit further south and may have another Lockyer lookalike. This has got so many angles to it. For example, once they delineate it, NWE could sell down Lockyer and use the money to find another one in the rest of the ground. Thats another short term value creation opportunity. If they sell now - all that goes...to CE or whoever else is poking their nose in it.
