I would like to believe that common sense will prevail, and MIN will see that they have underestimated the sheer will of the NWE shareholders to not roll over. You don't have to understand the inner workings of the O&G industry to know that CE is a man driven by a massive ego. I would hazard a guess that he would be absolutely filthy behind the scenes that NWE didn't go weak at the knees when he looked in our direction.

I am at odds about what is a reasonable TO price. For me personally, 10-15c a share is life changing. I can't retire but it means i can give up my second job and not do the walk of the undead shift worker at 3am. NWE is now a golden goose and MIN (or other suitors) had best come with a large cheque book if they want the golden eggs.
