Ahhh! - there’s Mick  - explaining the pro’s & cons of the spinco - keeping the troops up to date !

Let’s just have a listen then shall we ?


It’s like BB has two cartons of beer - right

But they are both hot and you only have enough ice in your esky to cool one.

You know you’re never going to be able to cool the second carton and get to drink it because you don’t have enough ice - right

now you could cool one carton with the ice you have and not drink the hot carton - what a waste!

or drink the first carton cold and the second carton hot – so be sick plus waste a carton

or half cool both cartons with the ice you have and not enjoy any of the beer – and so really - waste both cartons - even worse

  
But BB comes up with this ingenious plan...

- he cools the first carton with the ice he has before it melts - and gets to drink it – nice & cold

- he then onsells the second hot carton to someone else who’s esky is full of ice - and using the proceeds -   buys more beer – nice & cold

- plus - even though he has sold the second hot carton he retains the right to still drink some of it (28%) after the buyer has cooled it down using his own ice – nice & cold

BB is a genius !
