But from the announcement, existing AUZ shareholders will be offered preferential entitlement to 20 cent shares in this spin off.
AUZ's mates have shares at 10 cents.
Don't think I'll take any and will just rely on the 28% retained by AUZ for my investment.
Very disappointing offer based on what BB had previously said.
