Contrary to what a lot of people think companies do listen to shareholder feedback.
I am friends with a director in a very well known company and I can tell you, a lot do keep track through HC, you only have to look at some of the legal actions in the last few years around Hot Copper.
Have been in Queenstown last 5 months, I know some kiwis here that follow hot Copper also, (assuming you are a kiwi!)
