The entity's performance. imo, was poor whether based on creating SH wealth, imo the prime reason anyone would invest or based on company finances (sales/profitability).

Further, PO's original shorter and longer term incentives, Performance Shares A and B, expired due to the company, under his leadership, being unable to hit the targets aka poor performance.

PO's only incentive should be to ensure the value of his holdings increase; the same as every other investor in NOR.

New question for PO:
Based on SH's delivering a first strike to the BoD, rejecting the Remuneration Report, do you want to consider new consultants or using the less expensive option, common sense?
