I'd say PO , as you'd expect , would be very reluctant to do a CR under the last one at 8 cents. It can be warded off for a while if the Global dynamic pricing takes off, Corona comes up with the goods, and the release of data. These won't be a $3-5million a qrt fixet but could defer any CR until the sp gains some more respectibility. IMO of course.
