Holla, PO can't announce a deal at the AGM. He can include it in a release to the ASX included with AGM docs. But holding off on announcing a deal until the AGM release would be risky as it obviously breaches continual disclosure requirements.
A market cap of $100m isn't that unimaginable. A company making $10m a year would have that cap or higher. Norwood needs revenues $5-6m to start breaking even, $20m+ would see it profit by that $10m I imagine. The moment contracts start rolling in and it looks like Norwood can generate that revenue then yeah $100MC is possible. If the contracts are minor and Norwood looks like generating only that $5-10m then the share price won't change much from now.
Of course Norwood has no revenue now so the current SP is in limbo between reality and speculation.
