Cybernetic it was a public holiday Monday. ASX closed so it was a normal 2 day TH.
I initially get annoyed that these things allow non-holders to buy in and take advantage of the cap raise.
However perhaps the thinking is to entice people to buy in at higher prices to access the lower 3.5c priority issue price.
Also remember there is an attaching option for every 3 shares bought in the raise exercisable at 5.5 within 24 months and an intent to make them tradeable on market.
So at Least there is that addon
