Founded in 2000, Norwood Systems under PO's leadership raised at least $15m in 2002

Then Norwood Systems, then listed on the ASX under ticker NSA, gets delisted. Notably they sell technology the same technology that has had $23M of R&D spent on it sold for $450k...

Now, NOR that completed a reverse takeover in April 2015 and raised $19.1m since then is on the ropes again (Raised $5.5m in April 2015, $7.1m in Dec 15, $3.5m in Jun 16, $2m in Apr 17, $1m in Nov 17).
Minimum of $42m of shareholder funds + R&D rebates + negligible revenues to get to this point. **slow hand clap**
