15% is pretty good rate given where everything is at.
I agree better than diluting everyone's holdings and avoiding the risk of a low price and a lower take up.
Pressure is now on to get a deal signed or it could all hit the fan.
I am disappointed the big 4 bank couldn't have given them a budget no frills credit card at 10% but i suppose thats probably asking too much.
