It is tome very obvious that that the people and management at NOR work day and night to deliver. The transition and innovation and the potential is evolving in lightening speed. Just look at the last three months.

I want to thank you personally Paul, including your management team and the rest of your team here and overseas. I am shocked by some of the comments that people make about you or the company.

Please continue your strategy. I believe it is the right one. I am humbled that I can take part of NOR's journey by being substantially invested in NOR and can share the fruits of your hard work (that includes everyone in the company) I am blown away.

I am looking forward towards the developments in coming moI also intend to increase my share in the business further.
