Firstly.. no-one has any idea of any of the above.. we can't even guess what revenue will be coming throughout the year.. who knows how big Affinion could be, or Telco deals after Wi-Fi launch..
Secondly.. you base it all on a raise of 200m at 2c ($4m).. we don't have a clue, and I really don't expect them to raise much at such low prices.. as much as the maestro will love it, surely dilute only what's required now, and if big revenue deals are looming that could push the price say beyond 5c in coming months, sneak a further raise in with some big news later in the year.
I hope they only raise half of what you're suggesting. $2 or 3m will go along way if Affinion revenue is hitting by Q1.
Thirdly... Jesus you put some serious effort in to talking down a stock you supposedly hold, with a sell sentiment!
Fourthly.... I will go with 100m MC in the 2nd half of year, less dilution than you predict, don't know about 10's.. but 8's for starters..
