I think you will find the projections will be based on models of similar existing deals with that company.
Nothing guaranteed, but probably even a modest $ projection i would think.
It would be nice if @shanem could have some i put on here, as the announcements never have much info, which has some non holding posters talking it down.. but I guess they can't really present too much either, as if might affect upcoming deals, if other companies know details of other deals and bargain accordingly.
As I've said before, I think the most important thing of the RAC WA deal is how likely it could be to flow on to all states.
Keep multiplying these $300k jobs and it quickly adds up.
