Brucey I believe an MOU is signed by each party and yes the second part is correct and was clearly stated in the announcement as posted by cocman viz.
"Shareholders should take note that the MoU will not necessarily lead to a final Commercial Agreement. Whilst both parties agree to work together in good faith to negotiate full terms for a Commercial Agreement following a technical and commercial evaluation, there is no guarantee that a final agreement will be reached".
This to me is a great example of open and honest communication which is what we all want and expect.
Succeed or fail I at least believe shareholders are being treated with respect.
Everything is looking rosy to me and to think NOR isn't even 12 months listed yet
