    Am always dubious of the posters who claim some special experience and therefore insight into what is going on...done biz in Asia etc....blah blah. The MOU is nothing more or less than what is disclosed. A start, not the finish, time will tell, etc etc.

    You are right Gyro - the reason for the sp reaction is not anything inherently unsound about what NOR has done, rather the current market sentiment which is at the moment skittish.
