    The 8c was because the CR would have been planned in advance, before the price sky rocketed. Don't worry, the CR is not that bad, look at POK CR at 10 c, and then the price went to 27c once people realised they weren't getting any 10c shares. Looking at NOR it will be the same. Anyone selling will soon realise they have made a mistake, and will need to buy in at a higher price.
