An amount equal to 5% of revenues generated by the EURPOA/World Phone platform to the
Company (net of payments made to re-sellers of the EUROPA/World Phone Application) in the
period of 12 months following the public launch or EUROPA/World Phone.

he owns over 20% of the company, another 10% performance shares on the line as well. as one of the top 100 engineers this, he at least flexible enough to adjust himself to reach the same goal.

although costing him some money to learn mistakes:
1. he shouldnt accept max subscription, should do $4mil, and leave some firing power to the market. the company doesnt look like a big spender.
2. by looking at ZIP or AWD or RFN, and on the negative side, XTV, MTL etc, he should have known in the first place, these days, retailers are having more money to spend than corporate, specially talking about disruptive side.

so now, he is in a hurry to prove the product is working before the money is running out, and i suppose since the company never put any figure on any announcement, the Sep Quarterly wont be good reading.
