Warnie, top tier senior level appointments generally follow a two-three month process: put in place a Search Consultant, briefing them, managing the process, filtering and presenting candidates, checking backgrounds, shortlisting and making offers.
This probably started the moment Norwood listed, looks like they're in the final stages of the process with two-three new talented hires.
