Interestingly, we don't know which products NOR are selling them, it's very light on details. I'd suggest it's the whole box and dice!
Looking at the deal itself, with 2.3m subscribers and an annual revenue of ~250k, that's $0.10c per subscriber per annum.
Obviously the deal won't be structured that way, but it's a good reference for future possible deals (unless they discounted this one to kingdom come).
E.G. Telco 2: 10m subscribers = $1m p/a revenue? etc, etc.
Anyway, no doubt this will see Pinnacle and many holders stump up for the CR, and I'm on record for saying if PO got it away he deserves his $28ok, and I'll stand by that.
A great deal considering the pressure they must have been under.

$1.1m NZD is $1.045m AUD which is seven figures and it's before Christmas 2018. On the wording alone this deal is satisfied. However I think there is an unwritten presumption that the deal be considered in annual revenue terms.
