The critical question here is: Do Spark have Visual Voicemail?
I can't find anything to suggest they do (other than in 2014 they were looking at it).
Also they don't have a World WiFi solution like Telstra Air do. They merely have 1000 Spark hotspots in NZ.
It would be highly likely this deal involves one or both of those products, and that telcos around the world in similar situation would be great candidates too.
