Paul has a 30-year track record in the technology sector having worked or studied in Australia, France, the UK and the US.

He is currently the CEO and founder of Norwood Systems Ltd, which he took public in 2015. He is an active angel investor and mentor to the Perth start-up community.

Paul holds an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau and a Bachelor of Electronic Engineering degree from the University of Western Australia (UWA). He has been recognised with more than a dozen honours and awards over his career, including several from UWA post-graduation. Paul holds 11 patents in ICT spanning US, EU and Australian jurisdictions.
