It is a normal transaction. The superfund will need to give PO cash as consideration, same as when it would buy shares on the sharemarket.
2) is silly. PO is an employee of his own company, he puts money in and takes it out as salary. If I had a comany and I put $30,000 in, then buy a car and give it to myself now that would be a good example
