Perhaps it means "We need to get through this $3m paying ourselves lots of management fees and get some gold plated dunny seats and then maybe do a raise for some actual drilling or studies or whatever the hot thing is at any given point in time".
Hopefully I'm wrong and I don't know what it means, but the posts show holders over at the other mob are similarly frustrated.
