If I were Mr G. I would stick 2 fingers to the SH and gladly walk out of the front door and heading to the sunset. Don't expect him to turn his back and have a glance at the SH. Just lower his head, grin, disappear behind a cloud of dust and said, "until next time, Ha Ha Ha".
