AZZ has no funds anyways, and I'd really like to know how the appointment of an Independent Investigator engaged with the scope proposed could be detrimental to a sale process?

And you just got to laugh at how how they'll voluntarily appoint the Independent Investigator after but only after you trust them to run the ship for another year. After all it will be the capital raising that will likely follow that will then fund the appointment of the Independent Investigator.

When did Wade Energy pull out and why wasn't this action taken at the end of December or earlier - we'd all have an extra $2.4M to share....
