Barry Hanson provides the foundation for Wade Energy. This independent and growing oil and gas company will need Mr. Hanson's technological knowledge in the oil and gas field and his strategic approach toward exploration and production.

While Mr. Hanson has not won any awards or decorations in the area of oil and gas, he has managed the development of over 250,000,000 in commercial real estate development over the last 10 years. These successes inspired him to take this experience in running successful projects and apply that to acquiring and developing oil and gas productions which he has been involved in since 1980, when he entered the industry.

Barry has run the full production of oil and gas wells for over 30 years, from drilling when he first started in the industry to managing the entire production side of oil and gas to bring oil to market. Throughout his career he has consistently exceed expectations and has specifically been an integral part of turning struggling oil and gas companies into profitable productions.

Mr. Hanson will utilize this experience in turning oil and gas production around by being the figurehead of Wade Energy that will provide the long term economic and energy outlook for the company to ensure that investor relations will be supported, proving Wade Energy investors with strong returns on their investments. Conversely as Wade Energy's leader, he will have supportive role in making sure that other Wade Energy Officers are engaged in the short term strategies that support Wade Energy's efforts to acquire assets and integrate them into Wade Energy's business and revenue model. In order for true integration of future assets, Mr. Hanson will have a strong grasp over the technologies needed to optimize the recovery applications so that oil and gas production is more efficient. Overall Mr.' Hanson's diverse background in the oil and gas industry, as well as, his experience in leading teams whether that is in commercial development or the production of oil and gas, will lead the success of this company, because it covers all aspects of oil and gas production.
