Smart move by Next DC. Looks like they will use Notes IV to pay for the APDC acquisition. I believe the amount paid in interest on the Notes IV will be less than the lease agreement payments it has with APDC. This should free up the capital it has tied up holding the 30% in shares of APDC.
Does anyone have further update on the court proceedings? The last article i read was they were reconvening in July with no specific date.
