Only reason they aren't is they either can't or have personal offers too good to refuse
Wonder if we can ask the ASX to have them disclose their CAKRA package offers, that would surely be material in their decision of recommending the bid. Could also give them an interest to not chase other bids or finance - if the figure is absurd we know we are being screwed
