    That's normal. As soon as you accept the offer, the shares are tendered to the buyer. Now you have to wait for either the offer to go unconditional, in which case you'll get your money (may be a check) or some defeating condition which can block the T/O from going through in which case most probably the shares will appear in your portfolio again. Hopefully !!!
