A company making a loss with almost no assets and almost no cash has succeeded in taking over a company making a profit with plenty of good assets and plenty of cash - by paying with a tiny fraction of their shares. Using thin air to pay for hard assets and cash.

Was there ever a more low ball and audacious but still successful takeover bid on the ASX??! Can't think of one.

Hands down to Lion for sheer chutzpah to even suggest it let alone succeed at it.
